Restaurant Talents is the only student-operated restaurant in Eastern Europe, and part of Bulgaria’s premier culinary institute the HRC Culinary Academy.
HRC Culinary Academy was founded in 2008 and hosts more than 100 full time culinary students from over 15 countries. The Academy’s innovative curriculum is fully taught in English by acclaimed international chef instructors.
Students at Talents Restaurant work at every station in our restaurant kitchens as part of their rigorous 2-year educational program. The talented students are overseen by Executive Chef and Chef Instructor Milen Zlatev and Chef Instructor Hugues Boutin. Our Maître’D Angel Angelov has gained his experience not only in Europe, but in USA as well.
