Talants hosting Europe



The Dutch Embassy hosted a lunch meeting for the EU Ambassadors and the Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Mrs. Meglena Kuneva at Talents yesterday.

The special 4-course menu, prepared by the chefs and HRC students was:


Spring Mushroom Open Ravioli with Parmesan Cream, Sage


Bass Filet “a la plancha”, Nicoise Condiments, Crispy Polenta, Bouillabaisse Jus


Frozen Lemon Parfait, Fresh Raspberries


Coffee, Orange Tuiles, Chocolate Truffles
