Life’s Garden is a culinary journey inspired by nature, the seasons, and the delicate balance of life.
On this evening, the plate transforms into a garden – a place where flavours grow, evolve, and tell a story.
Talents invites you to a themed dinner, created and served by the students of HRC Culinary Academy, where the product takes centre stage and each dish reflects the cycle of life – from seed to fruit.

A 5 course menu:
Amouse
SEED - The beginning

Poppy seed pillow, fresh herb mousse, and mushroom dust

Cold Starter
ROOT - Rising from earth

Marinated root vegetables, charred carrot, and green tomato

Warm starter
POLINATION – Opening Into Color

Ravioli “Fatti al mano”, saffron sauce with Marigold, black sesame, and honeycomb

Main Course
BLOOM - connection and intensity

Duck breast, blood orange, miso–caramelized cauliflower puree

Dessert
FRUIT - sweet legacy

Persimmon, pear , warm spices and sparkling wine
