The Artists' Supper

The Artists’ Supper is the final exam dinner by HRC students and the second dinner in this semester’s series, where they present their original vision of fine dining as a form of artistic expression.

 Duck Magret, celeriac puree, plum-red wine sauce

Buttermilk chips, merengue, rose gel, apple

Dessert
“The Swing” 

Tart, macadamia, mascarpone and jasmine, raspberry and rosé sorbet
